Biography

Designing cities that move better, work better, and live better.

I’m a policy analyst and urban researcher specializing in transportation innovation, public infrastructure, and urban mobility systems. My work bridges data science, planning theory, and design strategies that enhance access, opportunity, and quality of life across communities.

With experience in both public and private sectors, I bring an applied understanding of how policy evolves from theory into actionable programs and measurable outcomes. I have led research initiatives on autonomous vehicles, remote work, transit accessibility, and micromobility policy, collaborating with academic institutions and public agencies.

I also founded PacificMentor, an advising platform supporting students through versatile, clarity-driven coaching.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in exploring neighborhoods, studying public spaces, and mentoring future civic leaders.
